Here is a short video with Britney Spears working out with her mother and a personal trainer. Watching Britney’s transformation in the past 10 months made me believe that a diet without exercise is dust in the wind.

The video is not that inspiring but looking back at Britney evolution it is.

So all you ladies out there that want to lose weight we should go to the gym more often and work out harder if we want to have killer bodies.

Here is another story I do not believe. I don’t want to seem like I defend celebrities but some magazine stories I read make me laugh and I believe we are not as dumb to believe every single story magazine write.

InTouchWeekly say Tori Spelling has a problem with losing baby weight and that she is struggling to lose it all as other famous celebrities are doing (e.g. Jessica Alba).

I would look at pictures of myself and compare them to Jessica Alba, who had her baby two days before me. I’d see photos of her two months after and go, ‘Look at her! I’m embracing the fact that it’s a struggle for me to drop the pounds.

I’m not the only one saying Lindsay Lohan has lost a lot of weight in the past couple of months. There is this website saying Lindsay dropped from a size 12 to a size 6 because of Samantha Ronson.

I don’t think Samantha has anything to do with Lindsay weight loss. It might be true Samantha is a natural thin woman but the website mentioned above want us to believe Lindsay is jealous on Samantha’s thin body and that made her lose weight too.

Gwen Stefani gave birth to her second child on 22 August this year. The photo you can see below is the first official photo with her second baby boy Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale.

The baby is very cute and I think he resemble to his father Gavin.

Oh no they cut Suri’s hair!! Why? What did the poor girl did to deserve such a hair disaster?
She was really cute a while back when she her hair was longer, I don’t understand why they had to cut it like that?

I dislike that hair cut because my mother used to cut my hair the same way and I call this haircut the bowl hair cut because of the shape it gives to the head.
