Police Issued a Warrant Arrest For Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan had a hard week end as Police issued an $50,000 warrant arrest for Lindsay Lohan. The warrant was released because Lindsay failed to comply with the court orders she received back in 2007 after her second arrest.

The warrant stems from the May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI [drink-driving] and hit-and-run.

Today Lindsay should appear in court but her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said it will be there at the hearing on Lilo’s behalf.

Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.
