Penelope Cruz who won an Oscar for her role in Vicky Cristina Barcelona is on the cover of Vogue Espana for the April 2009 issue of the magazine.
After seeing Vicky Cristina Barcelona I wondered why did Penelope won the Oscar for her part, but then a couple of weeks after I’ve seen Elegy and I loved Penelope in this movie. I have no idea why Elegy didn’t made it to the Oscars 2009, but Penelope should have won the Oscar for her role as Consuela Castillo in Elegy.
