I don’t want to sound like I have something against Meg Ryan. I love most of her romantic movies and I think she looks pretty hot for her age.

But I do have something against magazines covers and how they deform the truth and how they poison our minds with this beauty concept.

Here is Meg Ryan’s California Style magazine cover next to a candid photo of hers. I have to admit I do love how Meg looks on the magazine cover but that’s her with a lot of makeup on her face and with a lot of airbrushing. Next is a candid photo of Meg’s taken in July this year.

There’s quite a difference between them and that’s why I prefer candid photos of celebrities instead of magazine’s covers which are all fake.
