For the big night at the 81st Annual Academy Awards, Anne Hathaway wore an ivory Armani Privé Spring 2009 gown and she almost looked like a sea maid.

Anne’s dress is the second one in line after the Penelope Cruz Balmain gown for Oscars 2009 in my best dressed top 5.

According to Star Magazine via (popcrunch) Anne Hathaway would like have bigger boobs. Apparently Anne lost 20 pounds (where from, she always had a skinny frame?) and her boobs got smaller.

Her plan on having bigger boobs consists in undergoing breast augmentation.

Anne has tried padded bras but is now considering implants.
