Nicky Hilton Looks Healthier Than Usual

August 07, 2008 By: michelle Category: Superficial Diva No Comments →

I haven’t said anything about Nicky Hilton in a while and it was about time to show you some photos with her. Nicky was photographed yesterday leaving the ‘Hilton and Hyland’ palace in Beverly Hills.

And I hope it’s not just me but Nicky looks healthier than usual, like she has added some pounds on her tick frame.

I hope she started to realize she was way too thin and being that thin didn’t make her more beautiful or sexier.

Nicky Hilton Power of Paws

Here is a little update on Nicky Hilton as we haven’t seen her in a while.

She made her appearance at the Power of Paws lunch party dressed all in white. And yes, I have to admit she looked lovely.

French Fashion Industry Is Against Banning Extreme Thinness

April 16, 2008 By: michelle Category: Diva Flash News No Comments →

Something ‘terrible’ is about to happen in the world. Seems like the French parliament adopted a bill that will make illegal for anyone to publish extreme thinness. This means fashion magazine, web site, advertisers and so on will break the law if they promote the skinny look?

The fashion industry in France is against this law.

Never will we accept in our profession that a judge decides if a young girl is skinny or not skinny. That doesn’t exist in the world, and it will certainly not exist in France.

The law came after Ana Carolina Reston, a Brazilian model, died in 2006 at the age of 21 from anorexia. She was 88 pounds and 5’8” tall.

I think this law could affect us too because you see names as Victoria Beckham, Katie Holmes, Anna Kournikova, Nicky Hilton, Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, etc are synonyms with anorexia.
So this law will affect us when we’ll post photos with them, because frankly I doubt any of them will start eating and gain weight to become weight legal.

What do you think?
